Potli massage therapy finds its roots in the science of Ayurveda, one of oldest medicinal traditions in India. Lush Naturals Massage Potli contains a selection of Ayurvedic herbs, both, fresh and dried, that are carefully chosen based on your Ayurvedic constitution and the issue that you’re being treated for. They are then packed into a muslin cloth and dipped in warm medicated oil (for a wet massage) or sand or some herbal powder (for a dry massage) and then massaged onto specific pressure points that help in healing the body. They also help stimulate blood circulation which promotes faster recovery and healthy skin as well.

Directions of Use

Wet Massage - Potli is dipped in hot oil/boiled water/steam. Massages are given by pressing the herbal compress on body and giving a nice deep rub while gradually increasing the flow of therapy . 40-50 mins of massage gives the desired effect.

Dry Massage - Potli is warmed in microwave for 30 sec or kept in sand. Massages are given by pressing the herbal compress on body and giving a nice deep rub while gradually increasing the flow of therapy. 40-50 mins of massage gives the desired effect.
